Financial Policy
Clearview Endodontics strives to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Our fees are based on the 2017 fee guide for certified endodontists as produced by the Ontario Dental Association and will vary considerably from General Dentists. At Clearview Endodontics, payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard or Cash.
For those patients covered by dental insurance, the appropriate dental insurance forms will be completed by our staff and either given to you directly or submitted on your behalf to your insurance carrier electronically. Please note that it is the responsibility of your insurance carrier to reimburse you directly and that our office does not accept payment from your insurance carrier directly. Also be aware that your insurance may not cover the entire amount of your bill. A Predetermination of your insurance coverage can be generated after your consultation appointment to better estimate your coverage. Please remember that as a specialty office all fees generated by this office are the patients responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.

At Clearview Endodontics we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of personal and health information of our patients. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing your personal information responsibly as well as adhering to the federal, provincial and Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario privacy protocols. All of the information collected at our office is designed so that we can offer the highest level of quality care. All staff that come into contact with your personal information are aware of the sensitive nature of the material and have been appropriately trained to protect and use that material responsibly.
